Pleasant View - Uptown
October 8, 2015I have lived in my apartment for about a year now, and overall, I'm very happy so far. For a single person working downtown, I feel the location, size and price all work well for me. I love the area! Only a 5-minute drive to downtown, bus lines galore, and only a few minutes away from Lake Calhoun. The apartment itself is great for the price and area. I've made a few maintenance requests and every issue has been resolved, but I've had to follow up on some of them more than once in order to get it ...done.
