We are located in Norfolk's highly desired East Beach neighborhood, just a short walk away from restaurants, marinas, and a farmer's market every Saturday morning with live music and food trucks. I love it because of East Beach
June 2, 2017This place is great because of the neighborhood, obviously. The Lagoon is a great place to have a drink because it is walking distance. The building is older but they do everything they can to maintain it. I used to live on the first floor but I moved to a remodeled apartment with new windows and a beach view. I hate to leave
February 17, 2017I have lived here for over two years since my husband got stationed here. I love walking my little boy to the beach, which is directly behind us. We bought a house so we are moving out but this has got to be the best apartment I have ever lived in. They come out every month with pest control and new air filters. Management is great- my water heater busted the first week I lived here but they sent someone out immediately. The maintenance guy lives here.
