High crime
August 2, 2021No one will alert you to how bad this area is. I'm not sure if it's the entire area or specifically these apartments, but this is the worst place I have ever lived. The gates to the apartments are constantly broken and I had car parts stolen off my vehicle twice as well as the entire vehicle itself (which the complex then towed from the property during a police investigation although they were aware). You will hear car alarms, police sirens, and gunshots almost every night. It is not worth the ...price point. Oh yeah, and you will be getting the landlord special with the apartment itself. As in- actual bugs painted over into the walls and poor caulking jobs to cover up mold in the bathrooms.Property Manager Responded

The entire community is immaculately maintained and concerns are addressed with great speed and professionalism.
