Too many things to list. I've encountered nothing but issues with this place since I moved in a year ago. To start: The foundation is so bad there are cracks along the walls. The bedroom door barely closes due to the foundation shift as well. And the front door got jammed due to the same issue. When I asked them to fix it, they broke the trim around the door. This causes cold air and bugs to get in. They charge you twice for trash, and twice for water. They also starting charging for visitor ...
parking without notice - and there's PLENTY of parking available. If you don't register for parking, you're towed. The walls are incredibly thin and I can hear all the neighbors around me. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Not worth the price AT ALL.

You can find better!

Older apartment complex, with foundation issues, drywall cracks throughout the apartment. You can hear your neighbors next door through the walls, limited parking spots, they charge you for a reserved parking spot. They also charge $3.50 for your visitors to park when they visit you. You pay them to use the pool, the gym, the park, the laundry facility. They have not resolved the stray cats problem, even with new management. Their priorities are taking all your money and not that you live happily ...

Favorite thing about new management parking changes! I was so sick of coming home and not finding parking near my apartment. Ever since new management changed to resident stickers I find a spot almost every night! Manager has never been rude or disrespectful to me. So far I love the changes! I’ve been here 2 years and honestly the only thing I dislike is the valet services!

Questionable charges and frequent staff changes caused many problems

Will charge for wear-and-tear maintenance, very loud plumbing issues, multiple domestic-disturbance calls resulting in police patrols, and office staff is a revolving door. Brush up on your rights as tenet before considering a lease here.

Landmark at Prestonwood is a great place to live! The neighborhood is quite no matter the time of day, and the rent is reasonable for the area. The apartments are older and could use more up to date amenities. However, for the price and the neighborhood, it's a steal!

I would say that my current apartment is a place that you only when you are hitting hard times. The apartments need work, but it doesn't look like they want to invest to better the community. Management changed often in the last two years. Sometimes hard to get work orders completed. Very strict and will issue fines very fast. All in all, I would not recommend this place.
