I stayed there for a whole year. couldn’t wait till my lease was up to leave. Roaches. Everyday. no matter how much you clean and sanitized. they was always there. imagine waking up to baby roaches in your newborns bottles!!! My apartment got broken into twice in less than a month before my lease was up. cameras right outside the apartment didn’t even work!

The maintenance and the quality of manager has greatly improved in this place from the first time I moved into my apartment I have been greatly surprised and happy with the service response of the current staff they have now. They really care about what’s goes on here and takes actions of any issues. The maintenance works very hard.I do recommend this place.

Getting a place on your own is very scary but Cindy was so helpful and informative through out the process. She made sure I had no questions left. I moved in to a one bedroom that has a huge bedroom, I love that it comes with a washer and dryer connection.The community is very clean and quiet. I'm having a wonderful experience as a first time renter. Thanks Cindy!

I’ve lived here since January, i mostly work out of town so I’m not home a lot, in September we had a really bad storm and during that storm my unit began leaking. I wasn’t home at the tune but i came home to pieces of my ceiling on some of of my furniture. Mild has been growing on my ceiling as a result. I returned home about a week after the storm and reported the problem and also filed a claim with my insurance because of the contaminated furniture. After i filed the claim and reported the ...
problem i received a phone call from the front office saying they’d fix the problem with the roof before fixing my ceiling. It has now been over 20 days and no one has done anything about it. The mold gas gotten worse and when we get heavy rain the ceiling leaks and drops more pieces from my ceiling. My unit smells like mold, i constantly have to leave windows open or burn candles to cover the smell. My insurance company was going to pay for the damaged furniture that was until they spoke to management whom told them that “nobody else has reported any leaks and the leak wasn’t due to the storm” so not only has my problem not been taken care of but now I’m stuck with contaminated furniture.
I can’t even keep food in my apartment because roaches are so bad. I’ve sprayed so much raid over this year it’s unbelievable. It seems Luke they switch leasing agents and assistant managers like every month so I’m not too sure even the employees are happy here. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless you absolutely needed a apartment.

Been living here for 3 years and finally they have a great manager Cindy was really helpful when my car was towed and helped until it was released her and her staff are doing a great job I really recommend if you are looking to live in a place they care about us the renters. She has also opened up pool daily which is something my kids love previous years it was always close in the summer.
