Stay clear bed bugs and Poor management

If I could give 0 stars I would, Stay clear of this apartment complex. I like to think Im a pretty understanding person but I’ve been living at Province of briar cliff, managed by Peak Living, but have decided to move out due to ongoing safety and sanitation concerns, as well as misrepresentation when I first moved in. When I initially toured the property, I was promised an updated unit; however, upon move-in, I discovered that my apartment was outdated and in need of significant maintenance, ...
contrary to what was promised. Since moving in, I’ve dealt with a persistent bed bug issue, undergoing multiple treatments that have yet to resolve the problem, with no follow-up inspections to confirm effectiveness. I even found an infested mattress by the dumpster, suggesting a larger, complex-wide issue. Furthermore, maintenance has been absent for over a month, and despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve been left without a response from Peak Living’s management. These issues have caused unnecessary stress and financial strain for my family, affecting our child and pets, and leaving me feeling misled and unsupported. I hope that future residents will experience a more proactive and communicative management approach to ensure safe and comfortable living conditions.

Poor Management

AC has broken three times, it has been in the upper 70s all day (and I work from home). The grass is never mown, and there is no landscaping to speak of. Also, pest control hasn't visited in months, and I am dealing with a spider mite issue now, despite requesting pest control services. I am APPALLED at the management company after takeover. I couldn't believe management could get worse. P.S. their Google phone number isn't correct. You have to go to their website to get the correct number. (And ...

Province of briar cliff- a great place to livr

Province of briar cliff is a great place to live. The amentities are amazing and the staff is very helpful. Some of the amentities that we enjoy the most are the gym or a summer day at the pool! The neighbors are all nice and respectful of other tenants. The reason that we have lived here for over three years is the continued excellence of the staff and being a part of a safe and inviting neighborhood! I would recommend this apartment to anyone who values clean, safe and fun communities.

Great complex-small, quiet, reasonable rent, suburban location but only 7 minutes from downtown Quick access to all major highways A lot of long time tenants. Attractive floor plans,beautiful landscaping. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and quick to respond to any issues.
