Per the reviews many of you may be skeptical about living here. Here's my Honest Review of this place. we starting looking in late September for a new place to call home. This one had been on my Radar since they first started being built 2023. anyhow, we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon in September and Spoke with Scarlett The assistant Property Manager. she answered some questions and then we looked at a unit. we looked at the 2 bedroom/ 2 full baths that is set up like for roomates. the floor ...
plan was open the back yard was a decent size. there are no common walls to our neighbors, community seemed fairly clean and it's a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY which was a huge plus for us since I have breathing Issues. we looked at one other place besides this one. we made a decision that we were going to drive the complex at various times of the day and night to get a feel for it. we visited multiple times before making a firm choice that this what we now call home. when it came time to do the documents and stuff that were required we had some issues with the website. My husband spoke to the Property Manager Jerry and he was happy to assist with helping us complete this process along with assistance from Scarlett. we have lived here just shy over a month now. If we need something fixed or addressed the office and Maintenance has always been right on top of it! plus they only have one guy doing it all which is crazy! I have a few thing of course like most people that I would change about this place. however so far to date we are happy about our choice. our Dog loves the dog park.

First of all management has never answered my calls or emails. The units themselves are very cheaply and poorly constructed. The baseboards are literally cardboard. there is an insect problem and many neighbors have complained. The pool is constantly trashed or being used by very loud inconsiderate people. The gym has no cleaning wipes and everything is quite gross. The walk thru gates are broken. They have shut the water off with less than 24 hour notices 3 times since I have moved in. They have ...
let a good percentage of the landscaped plants die. There is not enough parking and the garages are small and also poorly constructed. They will nice and responsive to get you to move in then silence after. They already brought in a new manager who seems even worse than the last. The property constantly has trash EVERYWHERE. Rent is $400 higher than what was advertised. There is no privacy. people are constantly outside my house windows and doors. Several times I have caught people looking over my “yard” fence. I am quiet, clean and keep to myself, but this place does not feel worth the price at all. the only positive is not sharing a wall but the walls are so thin I hear my neighbors front door slam constantly. The electronic door locks are not safe in my opinion.

How do you know there was excellent throughout the application process, updating me when the time or when the availability would be for the move-in considering it was a very new development and I do really love the plans of non-connecting homes. It’s a very smart and wise decision.

This community is very pleasantly quiet throughout the day and evening. The environment is very clean and well planned. It’s very peaceful and friendly for all needs. I like the mixture of age group and children and senior focused. The staffs are very professional and seem to care about the quality of service and residents in our community. All staffs are knowledgeable and most of all approachable.

There are so many great things to say about Quarter North Apartments that it's hard to fit it all in one review. #1. The Office Staff is exceptional on every level so I'm giving them their flowers now and a glass of wine each "Andrew, Chris and Laura." They are the remarkable Team of Professionals who greet you when you come to look at these beautiful Apartment Homes and they help you through your entire move in process. This further includes the wonderful Maintenance and Valet Trash Team who are ...
also super nice and helpful too. #2. The entire staff will still help you after you move in. You can actually still interact with them, unlike many other places, once they get you in, you can't ever reach them or get help with anything again; this is not the case here. #3. These Apartments are so unique and nice compared to your traditional Apartment Rentals. For starters, they are literally brand spanking new. You will actually be the first person to ever live here if you rent now before renters start cycling through. Another really nice Amenity is that all of the Apartments are Smart Apartments. Which means you can control your front Door, Garage, Thermostat and they all come with a built in Doggy/Pet Door, a Front Doorbell Ring Camera and Garage. #4. None of the units are attached to other units. They're all their own building. This means you don't have to deal with other renters smells & aromas of all sorts, noises of all kinds, critters, Etc. #5. If you had a bad experience with renting here before this Team of Professionals took over and you left an unfavorable review because you didn't get to deal with this amazing Team running things now, I definitely encourage you to go back and give Quarter North another try. This place does not disappoint. All of the neighbors that I have had the pleasure of meeting/encountering thus far have all been very friendly and I like that it is a very culturally diverse community. #6. The location is also very nice and convenient with Stores, Gas Stations, Walking Trail and an overall great area of Town.
