worst apartments i’ve ever lived in
December 19, 2022DONT MOVE HERE! i’ve gotten my car broken into twice , i’ve had roaches and the walls are paper thin . i literally here every word from my neighbors and the office staff is terribleReview from Apartments.com
Looks are deceiving
May 28, 2022You can basically see what I mean in the photos, but long story short. This was a great property when we first moved in. Then they “lost staff” and didn’t have anyone to pick the poop up from around the property, yet they were still charging $15 a month per rent on top of the pet deposit you pay. It got so bad I had to call corporate. This was going on for almost a year. I complained about the pool because it was absolutely filthy. I felt embarrassed to bring company over. There was also trash ...blown all over the place. I'll admit now the property is cleaner, but guess what? We just got an email that the pool probably WON’T be open until mid-June. It’s been two years, yet the rent has gone up! I mentioned about the amenities not being really available, and she mentioned they had a “love fund” they were using to update the gym. They legit turned the equipment around and added some up to 15-pound dumbbells, a yoga wheel, and a couple of stability balls. The newer units around them are maybe $100 more; they have dog parks, quality gyms, social activities for residents IN PERSON, clean working pools, working fences, etc. I’m so disappointed that I will have to move because I love my location. Still, I can’t live in a place that puts expectations of paying total and increasing prices in rent, but they do not keep up with what’s expected of them by having fully functioning and a clean Without begging property.Property Manager Responded
June 6, 2022We thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns, and we would like to take this opportunity to address them. The pool was closed last season for repairs which are taking longer than anticipated, and we would like to sincerely apologize for that. The reason the repairs have taken this long are largely due to supply chain issues, which delayed the delivery of crucial parts by several months. Now that we have the necessary parts, we're hoping to have the pool open by this season! Also, due to several members of our staff either being promoted or getting sick, we've been unable to prioritize the finishing touches that need to be put on the gym. Now that we're fully staffed again, we'll be able to finish and reopen it soon! Sincerely, The team at Quail Landing

Great Community
August 5, 2019Great community to live at. I've lived here for 2 years now and really enjoy living here. The maintenance staff get my work orders done the same day. Great and friendly office staff. They are bubbly, energetic and eager to help. Edmond public schools district. Great location.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible place to live
July 3, 2019I would not recommend anyone to live here. I have had more issues with the management than I can count. They will try and up charge you on your rent for more than your signed contract (that includes the new company). They won’t fix maintenance issues until sometimes months later. The place is a joke save you’re money and live somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
Good Location
August 28, 2015The location is ideal for shopping and restaurants, It is an older facility that is maintained but could use some updating.Review from Apartments.com
Worst Management and Apartment
August 12, 2015I moved here with intentions of buying a house after a year. When I showed up for the walkthrough my apartment wasn't available because it was freshly painted. When I came back to obtain my keys and move in the apartment provided smelled like smoke and had multiple burn marks in the carpet from cigarettes. It took several phone calls and office visits to get someone out to "smell" the apartment. The first visit resulted in their recommendation to clean the ventilation system. After a few ...days and the odor coming back I requested they replace the carpet which was never done resulting in having to replace furniture items due to the smell soaking into the fabric. The next issue with the apartment came in early summer when the sprinklers began, I noticed the carpet in the living room was wet in spots. Soon I noticed front corner of the living room was soaking wet and there was damage to my entertainment center. Several calls went unanswered and multiple office visits resulted in no service call. Upon move out I gave my 30-day notice only to be told they have a 90-day minimum which I have never heard of. They sent an extra months rent to a collection agency instead of working it out with me directly. This is by far the worst apartment experience I have ever seen and I have lived in quite a few. Strongly recommend any of the 4 other complexes surrounding this one as I'm sure they are a lot nicer.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Disappointing
July 28, 2015This review comes after a disappointing year spent at Quail Landing. A brief list of move-in problems: HVAC fan running 24 hours a day with no filter, burn marks on the counter, non-functioning locks on several windows, a flickering overhead kitchen light, cracked entry door molding, three of six HVAC registers hanging loose, cracked kitchen tile, no trash can after three requests, and a window leaking so badly that water was spilling over the window ledge that took four maintenance requests to ...fix. Add insult to injury: a $125 rent overcharge. By June we were coming home to an apartment that couldn’t drop the inside temps below 82-83 degrees. Multiple emails detailing our problems were met with paltry responses from the property manager, or, more irritatingly, with silence. The few fixes we were finally able to obtain only marginally helped, and also caused a month-long rattle in the HVAC system. After a fourth office visit, we finally received a window unit for our master bedroom. Inside temperatures remained near 80 degrees in the rest of the apartment. Our issues continued into the winter. Our furnace took an increasingly long time to heat our apartment in December. Just after the furnace repairs, a mildly annoying vibration began in the plumbing that ramped up into an every-few-minutes loud shaking that went on day and night. After a week of sleepless nights waiting for maintenance, the problem was fixed. About a month later I walked into the kitchen only to find grey water coming up rapidly into our sink. After furiously bailing water over our 2nd-story patio, the water flow stopped just before reaching our living room carpet. Had I not gotten there when I did, our kitchen and living room would have flooded with grey water. In the spring, our hot water heater went out which we discovered after coming home to a pool of water in our utility area and kitchen. Just weeks before our move-out date, our apartment was again reaching upper-80 degree temperatures. Our maintenance request languished for five days, requiring an office visit to finally have someone dispatched. Additionally, the overhead kitchen light was working intermittently at this point, our dishwasher wasn’t cleaning our dishes, and our microwave tray wouldn't rotate. We wanted to love Quail Landing, but the complex just didn’t love us back. The management largely ignored our maintenance concerns and left us to roast all summer while happily collecting our $1050/mo rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
