I really love the community here at Rafter. It's safe and can barely hear any loud or noises at night. The roof top is is spectacular. And many dining areas around the neighborhood.

Rafter had been a wonderful place to call home for the past nearly four years. I love my one bedroom unit and have no complaints. The staff at Rafter feel more like friends than staff, and the building on the whole is a welcoming community.

I’ve lived at Rafter for almost 4 years and I love it! Great location, great amenities, great staff. My apartment itself is gorgeous and has a fantastic view. Very pet friendly. And there’s a new pizza place opening up on the ground floor!

Really nice place to live. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The provided amenities are great and there are typically multiple events a month put off by management. Building is maintained and cleaned regularly. It would be great if the gym had a bench with a non-fixed barbell and a few more plates. Some parallel bars for dips would be great too.

We just moved in recently, but so far we are blown away by the property. Everything is so clean and well maintained. We love the little dog run on the 4th floor and the ability to walk to our favorite restaurants and coffee shops.

I've lived at Rafter for two months now. The move-in process was super simple and having a two-hour elevator reservation made it much easier to bring everything from the moving truck to my unit. The building itself is beautiful. The amenities and unit finishes are great, and the leasing staff are very friendly.
