False Advertising and Horrible Management!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They claim these are “luxury” apartments, but that’s a complete joke. We’re paying a high price for this B.S.—dirty walls, maintenance that never shows up, and management that is beyond rude and completely useless. They don’t care about the residents or doing their job. All they want is your money while ignoring every issue. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is NOT worth the stress!

FILTHY!!! Zero management, free for all. Trash and dog crap everywhere, Common spaces used as party rooms with glass, people smoking. No security, garage filled with garbage and peoples furniture. You can complain all you want..management does not respond. Gate broken, people sneak in...Loud, security does nothing. There has been dog crap in the garage for weeks.

I like the layout of the apartment and the location the staff is really nice as well. The only down fall for me was the traffic noise and the garbage truck at like 5am in the morning u hear everything outside. But you don’t hear the neighbors so I guess it’s a give and take also tried to get use to the silverfish bug they get into everything. Any how I wish I could stay here longer as it’s a really nice place but Florida forced me back to Virginia.
It comes with a shopping center!!!

Ravella is an excellent place to live if you want to be close to food and shopping. With St. John’s Town Center directly across the street I never want for anything. Groceries, shopping, food, Ravella has access to it all. The best part about it is that I never have to drive and it gives me a reason to walk! I love Ravella and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home that is delivered by a great staff and is located near everything you could need. - Alex Mayhew

Have lived here the last few months and everyday I’m thankful for all the amenities. From the outdoor grills, large relaxing pool, to the dog park. This complex has it all! Happy to be apart of the Ravella family!

I’ve moved a couple months ago, and I really feel in home. Samra the manager is super friendly and very professional. The areas are all the time clean and I love the 24/7 lobby entertainment area, great pool. Nice people here great gym and I like Arthur he is happy all the time and fix everything when I need it! He is so cool too!! Recommend 100%...

I DO NOT recommend you live here if you have pets that you care about at all. There have been MULTIPLE dog attacks on apartment property, my dog included. The attacks have been by two different dogs both of which fall under the aggressive breed list. The first is a dog that was being fostered and when it was brought to the attention of management they said they couldn't do anything, and then they "handled it" and the dog was removed from the property. This was not the case, the dog still lives on ...
the premises. The 2nd dog, a dog that is registered to live here, attacked my dog completely unwarranted and my dog required staples in her hind leg. The apartment did nothing for me to ensure my safety other than tell the resident they were no longer allowed in the fenced dog area, but allowed every where else. I no longer feel safe or comfortable living in this apartment. I tried to talk to corporate on the phone but they are completely terrible. They brushed me off. . They are just hoping I go away and be quiet. They don't care about my safety or other tenants by letting known aggressive dogs live here. I have spoken to neighbors who also have had incidents with the dogs and management continues to do nothing. There are things in the lease that are not being upheld and when you point those things out to corporate they "do not want to get into that". It's absolutely absurd the way residents are treated here. Not only is my dog a victim, but so am I. The dog park is absolutely disgusting. The landscape is so unmanaged and unkempt and it smells to high heaven. I couldn't tell you the last time I saw the turf being cleaned other than by the rain, but when the poo is that imbedded in the turf not even the rain can help. Do yourself a favor and keep on looking. The amount of money you pay here is simply not worth it.
