Decent Place to Live The housing itself is Ok, our unit was abused before us, and the crew did their best to turn it quickly for us. We had new flooring and carpet, but the applianes and sink were definitely beat up. They installed a new washer and dryer for us. Biggest compliment I have is the people. They are very kind, including the maintenence folks. My biggest complaint is no options to end the lease early. We offered to pay it out, forego our deposit, any combination of that. No options. ...

Had to pay all utilities and rent thru the term. We choose the shortest term lease, and made it clear we would be shopping a home right away. A great policy change would be to allow people to buy out the lease under some terms. We have been exposed to insurance, rent, utilities since April for really no reason. They could have re-leased the unit so quickly, made money while reducing our risk/cost.

Good experience Loved the apartment and location. The only bad thing was how loud the heating/air conditioning air intake was. When it turns on it was difficult to hear conversations or TV.

Worst staff The office staff and management are absolutely a joke. The only piece of this place that is actually good are the maintenance men— who are wonderful. This place is a joke and poorly ran. Don’t waste your time or money!

Great Place to Live! I highly recommend Redwood Sugarcreek. I moved there last year for the second time when we returned to the area because we had such a great experience the first time! The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet, the location can't be beat, and the staff, especially Elena S, is amazing. If you are looking for an apartment home that is as close to a house as you can get without house maintenance, please check it out!

15 month lease My then girlfriend and I chose to live at redwood due to its high quality living space. We left after our 15 month lease due to us getting our first house and getting married. It’s a bit expensive but was still easily affordable for us. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a nice temporary home.

Living at Redwood My partner and I loved living at Redwood. The zero maintenance was wonderful and there were people working outside all the time to keep the outside looking beautiful. The apartments themselves are very nice. Maintenance requests were always responded to right away and we never had any issues with management. We are sad to leave but just needed more outdoor space for our pups.
