I moved there last year for the second time when we returned to the area because we had such a great experience the first time! The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet, the location can't be beat, and the staff, especially Elena S, is amazing. We left after our 15 month lease due to us getting our first house and getting married. It’s a bit expensive but was still easily affordable for us. May 1, 2024Living at Redwood My partner and I loved living at Redwood. The zero maintenance was wonderful and there were people working outside all the time to keep the outside looking beautiful. The apartments themselves are very nice. Maintenance requests were always responded to right away and we never had any issues with management.
