BEAUTIFUL apartments

I came in for a tour and the staff was super friendly, and very knowledgeable. The apartment was beautiful and the leasing agent Chris was very helpful and answered all my questions. I met the property manager Derek and he was very nice and welcoming even with tenants coming in out of the office, he made sure he greeted everyone with a smile.

I’ve been a resident for 4 years and it’s been a great place to live! It’s quiet and convenient to all the essentials you will need I.e Shopping, work, downtown, nightlife, etc. The new renovations also are a plus to staying here. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

My first apartment

I visited Renaissance with my boyfriend and we fell in love with it! It is our first apartment together and we are so happy with it. We have our dog who loves the open grass area. The location is convenient while having quiet neighbors. The apartments are all remodeled with such nice appliances! Definitely recommend.

I have lived here since 2018 and I can honestly say it's the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful office staff keep the community running well like a fine tuned machine and the maintenance staff almost seem to anticipate my maintenance needs. They always show up promptly and are extremely efficient! Everyone here is courteous and friendly and I don't ever plan on moving from here!
