Have not received our $5000 deposit back after 4 months. Had to retain legal counsel and are still waiting for the money back. The amenities are mediocre and not worth this hassle and loss of money - you can find better elsewhere.

Best high rise in Dallas! I love how it feels like a community, the resident events coordinator Tayler is amazing and keeps the events fun and exciting. Also, Jose on the maintenance staff is always willing to help when needed. And last but not least I can’t say enough good things about all of the concierges as well! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Living at Park District is heaven on earth. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful, and Jose with maintenance is always helpful. The resident events are always top notch too. Love it!

The staff is courteous, kind and accommodating. The apartments are new and state of the Art. It has great amenities and is located perfectly between Uptown and Downtown. Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!!!

Strangers in gym

The management allows for outsiders who do not live at the building to use the private gym. It is always crowded and full of people with their personal trainers taking up space and equipment. After multiple complaints, nothing hasn’t changed because the management is making money from this. If you live here and pay thousands in rent each month, you will be disappointed by the lack of respect that management has for you. Don’t live here!!!
