October 14, 2022Have not received our $5000 deposit back after 4 months. Had to retain legal counsel and are still waiting for the money back. The amenities are mediocre and not worth this hassle and loss of money - you can find better elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

February 18, 2020Best high rise in Dallas! I love how it feels like a community, the resident events coordinator Tayler is amazing and keeps the events fun and exciting. Also, Jose on the maintenance staff is always willing to help when needed. And last but not least I can’t say enough good things about all of the concierges as well! Strangers in gym
December 29, 2018The management allows for outsiders who do not live at the building to use the private gym. It is always crowded and full of people with their personal trainers taking up space and equipment. After multiple complaints, nothing hasn’t changed because the management is making money from this. If you live here and pay thousands in rent each month, you will be disappointed by the lack of respect that management has for you. Don’t live here!!!Property Manager Responded
