The water is always getting shut off here. That's why it's included in the rent. Sometimes I'll go to turn my water on and the water comes out brown or orange. Disgusting.

Great tour!

We took a tour of this beautiful property today! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The location is so convenient for me. Nothing but problems
May 21, 2021
The outgoing gate is stuck open and no attempts to fix it have been made causing multiple near accidents. The apartment im in had holes in the wall upon our arrival that were never fixed as well as misaligned cabinets and a aggressive mold problem which the maintenence said they could spray paint as if that would solve the problem. I have resorted to not reporting problems because i know they won't be fixed. Absolutely terrible complex. Don't even bother applying.

Don't even apply !!

Never any water! No wonder it's free... The office workers don't care about anything after they leave at 6. At night time it's more going on because of course the gate never works. Shooting, fighting and loud noise now.. if you have kids don't bother . They have a pet park but nothing for kids. Wouldn't suggest this. Paying more for project activity!!

We are currently working with plumbers to be able to isolate each building, this way the water will only be shut down for the building that needs the repair rather than the whole complex.
