September 25, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe water is always getting shut off here. That's why it's included in the rent. Sometimes I'll go to turn my water on and the water comes out brown or orange. Disgusting.

Great tour!

Nothing but problems
May 21, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe outgoing gate is stuck open and no attempts to fix it have been made causing multiple near accidents. The apartment im in had holes in the wall upon our arrival that were never fixed as well as misaligned cabinets and a aggressive mold problem which the maintenence said they could spray paint as if that would solve the problem. I have resorted to not reporting problems because i know they won't be fixed. Absolutely terrible complex. Don't even bother applying.

October 9, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comNever any water! No wonder it's free... The office workers don't care about anything after they leave at 6. At night time it's more going on because of course the gate never works. Shooting, fighting and loud noise now.. if you have kids don't bother . They have a pet park but nothing for kids. October 25, 2019Dear Valued Resident,Thank you for bringing to our attention the problems with the water and our gate. We are currently working with plumbers to be able to isolate each building, this way the water will only be shut down for the building that needs the repair rather than the whole complex. We will be sure to keep the community updated throughout this process. The gate will be fixed on Wednesday October 16th, we apologize for the delay on this repair, the parts needed were unfortunately on back order.
