Zach came within to change the batteries in the a/c thermostat. I never have felt with this type of thermostats before and I didn't know how to open it and I didn't want to break it. Zach was very helpful and showed me how to do it.

I would recommend to friends because of the wonderful maintenance staff and Evon at the front desk was a joy to speak to. I would not recommend this complex because the it felt like I was being nickle and dimed for a bunch of extra things I didn't need. $25 for valet trash that didn't always get picked up and that we really didn't need. and also $50 for covered parking when parking was already tight. It seemed like the covered parking was empty most of the time and I often had to park on the far ...
side of the complex because there were no open spots and the covered parking would be open

That apartment was prime location right off the highway. The maintenance/management staff was always respectful and got any issues taken care in a quick manner. I would have enjoyed a fitness room, but the complex was always well kept and had beautiful landscaping to encourage walks. Cantebria Crossing was always making sure their residents were up to date on any renovations and changes with plenty of time and warning. Overall it was nice being recognized by name from the staff and welcomed with ...
