I would NOT recommend this place for anyone to live.
1. My fiance and I found a home we really loved and asked 2 times at separate occasions with different people what the price to terminate the lease early and both those people said the same thing. When time came to break the lease, the person said something completely different and would cost us $4,000 extra. This is keeping us away from purchasing our house.
2. Maintenance is slow and will say things are completed when they aren't. It took ...
us over 3 months to get a working ice maker and over a week for our AC to work in the middle of hot July.
3. When I moved in, you could tell that they didn't clean well at all. There was dog hair all over the carpet from the previous renters.
4. They don't maintain the grounds. There is dog poop all over, trash, and once there was a dead bird in one of the stairwells until it decayed.
For the price I expected a lot higher quality than what I got.

We work with a carpet cleaning vendor to clean every apartment before a new resident moves in, we will speak with our vendor to make sure they are thoroughly cleaning all carpet for our future move-ins. After 5 years, we have never had a maintenance issue resolved in less than a month. Packages are handled poorly and frequently lost as they currently dump them all into a room and let residents take what they want. We left for a
much better managed property.

The apt is nice, clean, and well kept. My only complaint is the varying prices in rent based on who you speak with at the office. Take your time negotiating your rent.
