Rats mice everywhere they do no service on any of the Bldg and they raise rent 120% out of no where

I have to say living here has been a dream. For starters, its in the middle of everything. Seven corners, Arlington, Alexandria, DC, bars, restaurants, are all mins away. This is a garden style apartment in a quiet safe neighborhood. Having a cop living in the complex probably has something to do with that. If you have kids then they'll have plenty of neighborhood friends because you'll find them playing near by. My two bedroom has a open floor plan. Can see the park from bedroom windows and ...

front entrances from balcony. All in all anyone, I highly recommend anyone living here. From the single young professional to the married couple with kids.
