The management staff and maintenance team are great! They are super responsive and Frank (maintenance) takes care of most work orders same day or next day at the latest. The apartments are nice and updated and they keep the exterior clean and looking amazing.

Justice, the office manager, has been incredibly helpful and supportive—especially now as we’re in the process of moving to another unit. She took the time to walk us through our options and made everything clear and easy to understand. Frank, the maintenance guy, is also amazing. Excellent condo, very quiet. I've been living here for a year, everything is fine. If the apartment has any problems, the maintenance staff is very quick to assist you, along with the manager, Abby Spoelstra. She's always willing to help you with the best possible disposition. When I booked a tour to view the property, I didn't know what I was getting myself into. This has to be the most convenient residential location ever. Walmart is literally across the street along with an AMC, Olive Gardens, Target, Home Goods, Chic-fil-A, and any fast food place you can think of. There's definitely no shortage on food options. If you don't want to adventure across the street, you can always spend the day in one of the many lounge chairs by the pool. It always quiet and ...

surprisingly cool outdoors. Did I mention there's a community grill and happy hour on Fridays!? Don't worry the neighbors are respectful and friendly...at least all the ones I've encountered. The property is very clean and well-kept and I want to thank Regan for being the best leasing manager I've ever dealt with. She's always eager to help in any way she can, and if there's a problem, she ensures it gets fixed immediately. So thank you.

Recently moved into ryland park. The complex is beautiful and quiet. They have up to date appliances and I love the countertops. The best part is that it’s around everything. A homey place to live

Ryland Park has been fantastic since moving in! Lindsey, who works in the leasing office has been patient and understanding if there is ever a problem in our apartment. Our maintenance team, especially Kevin has been on top of everything - in August/September we were experiencing issues with our Refrigerator and Dishwasher, it seemed like every time we got something fixed, a new problem would begin. The maintenance team was supportive and kind, they never showed any type of annoyance towards our ...

Ryland Park also does some amazing things for the community members throughout the year, giveaways, food drives, family pictures, dog picture contests, and the list goes on!
