STAY AWAY
September 22, 2019I don’t know where to begin with these apartments. First off, we lived in Arizona for three years & NEVER had a power bill so high. The insulation on these is horrific & our walls were hot to the touch inside the apartment. We even put up white paper to block the sun which we have never ever had to do before. This was not what we expected when moving in to these apartments. During the winter the rain broke through the ceiling & cracked the wall & crown molding where water was pouring into our ...apartment, ruining pictures & furniture directly below. The crack was still there & visible the day we moved out. There were bugs ALL THE TIME. Even when we got sprayed! Once again the way these were built was so cheap. I have never ever had bugs in my house like I did here, dead crickets maybe 30 at a time coming in the window & the sliding glass door. Silverfish etc. Our AC broke & was pouring water & it went up to 100 in the house. The hot tub would be freezing cold, the office told me they didn’t have packages when they did have them & told me they had already been signed out. The gates were always broken leaving so many cars lined up when we had to get to work. The dishwasher would break. The dryer had the most awful alarm in the world that I can’t even explain that can’t be turned off. Honestly the list goes on. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone, go across the street to the other apartments in the area unless you want to pay $200 a month for a small one bed & have disgusting amounts of crickets in your house.Property Manager Responded

If allergic stay away
July 16, 2019If you have any kind of allergies, asthma, or get migraines from fragrance diffused by neighbors, stay away from this place. I rented here because it is a 100% non-smoking place and I've had neighbors' cigarette smoke, and other particulates, chemicals and fragrance from surrounding apartments and garages coming into my apartment every single day and night since I moved in 3 months ago. I have asthma attacks and migraines almost every day and every night. Management has not done anything ...substantive to fix the issue, if there are no cigarette butts around your building they cannot "prove" any policy violation or do anything to enforce the no smoking policy. Security will come to your apartment if you complain of smoke coming in but they won't knock on neighbors' doors to see if they are violating the policy. So there is no enforcement of the non-smoking policy. The air ducts transfer the air from neighbors to your apartment, I get smells from fragrance diffusers, candle or incense smoke, and any other allergens they might use, coming into my apartment through the ducts almost all the time, and as a result I am sick all the time. I've emailed and talked to management about this issue at least 6 times so far, and I've had no actionable solutions from them to resolve the problem. I have 2 air filters going 24/7 and I have to wear a respirator in my apartment to breathe. If you don't have these issues this is a good place, albeit expensive. But if you have similar health issues you should probably stay away.Property Manager Responded
