Dog friendly, nice people, quiet environment

I've lived here one year now and I'm satisfied the location, neighbors, and dog friendly environment. It is really hard to find a place that allows big animals, so I really appreciate here. The rent is a bit higher than I anticipated though. The shopping mall is close, and all other errands can be done easily. But it seems like the corner intersection in front of this apartment has often traffic accidenst, like once a month.
