Pest galore
June 24, 2017Roaches, bedbugs, and carpenter ants to start. All of which the office doesn't care about and does nothing about. Sure every now and then they'll send someone out to spray after three or four weeks of complaining, but it makes the problem worse. Maintenance never shows up when requested and if you look at your account online it says they always show up, but they never do. You'll see them though running around the complex talking to their friends that live here, but nothing else. Office staff ...could care less about anything you have to say. Sad thing is when I moved in back in 2013 they had a Halloween party and Christmas get together that were just done away with I'm guessing because Adara didn't want to give enough of a budget for that to continue. 2 Star Addison Luxury
September 23, 2015The property isn't that bad, to say its in the Addison area. Its a decent rate, if you like delayed maintenance, and no air during the summer. If you get off work late, good luck with finding a parking spot. Most of the time the spots are being taken up by people who don't live there, so get ready for a long walk home. During holiday season, be sure to keep your gifts at a relatives house, living here, you become vulnerable to break-ins., Its ok though, the property does its part by warning you ...ahead of time. Last but not least, Pest control is added as a huge extra fee to your rent, but you still have to live with pest. Good place to get a start
September 12, 2015If it wasn't for the fact that we have a growing family we would probably be staying at Shadowood longer. Michelle and her staff have always been good to us. Especially when we were having difficulties with our finances. We never once felt embarrassed or were shamed by Michelle and her staff here. They keep a beat on the city of Addison so if you need to find a job they typically know of people who are hiring. Its nice being close to both Belt Line and 635 here in Addison which makes most ...everything accessible. The other nice thing is it is located along a very nice part of Marsh that has a path to walk on with local part and elementary school nearby.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015The staff is friendly. It takes maintenance forever to respond to a call. They have a judge bug problem here. I am planning on moving in November to a different apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com
