expect more wear and tear for the cheap prices you get but that is not true, everyone I have encountered here as been great. Every time I walk into rental office to put money on my laundry card there is always a friendly smile waiting to greet me and and ask how my day is going. The property manager Kathrine does a exponential job managing this place! One of her agents Sean have been very impressive and one of the employees that stuck out to me as well. Always super quick with responses and always so pleasant to talk to. Sean got the most of my sometimes very stupid questions I had right away which believe me I had A LOT when I moved in and he was always pleasant and quick to reply. The couple times I have needed maint. to come help me with something, they did not have too if was my fault both times I got a bottle cap stuck in my garbage disposal and he got it out and fixed it right back up. He also will great my cat and be friendly with her so she does not get scared and I love that, his name is John and he is going an amazing job! They have a huge property to keep up on yet they still found the time the very next day after I e-mailed staff to come and help me with a broken garbage disposal that turns out was my own fault! I could go on with good things to say but I think this will do for now! Thanks Sibley Manor team for being so great!
