Maintenance responds in a timely manner and is professional when talking to you. He takes time to explain what's going on if you have questions. I don't like unannounced guests. I don't like contractors entering my unit because I can't hear them while in the bathroom. I didn't hear a knock at the door. It startled me to see them when I came out. July 25, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a very nice area, convenient to everything. Our apt is very nice with the exception of the cigarette smoke that comes in from other apt units daily thru the bath exhaust vent and adjoining closets. Additionally, over the years with many different tenants, all the air vents may not have been cleaned professionally at turnover. With the transition to a non smoking community this should have been done for obvious health reasons. .Property Manager Responded

I stated I would prefer a smaller apartment. She had an upcoming one bedroom available. Beth ensured my transition went smoothly along with the help of the maintenance crew.
