September 23, 2025I like that the neighborhood is clean and quiet. My neighbors are cordial and helpful to one another. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and is professional when talking to you. He takes time to explain what's going on if you have questions. I don't like unannounced guests. I don't like contractors entering my unit because I can't hear them while in the bathroom. I didn't hear a knock at the door. It startled me to see them when I came out. September 1, 2025Well, I've said on numerous occasions. The staff here at Silver Hill is awesome. Love the community, quiet, the grounds are kept up, dog friendly, close to local shopping and restaurants. August 15, 2025My residence experience here is Exceptional. When you enter the vestibule, there's a welcoming feeling. Everytime I get here from work, I know, I can go in my place, relax in a calm & comfortable environment. The management here makes sure they take care of the facility to better our experience here. We have better lighting & security outside. I'M GLAD, TO CALL IT HOME ??. Great Professional & Friendly Management & Maintenance Associates. July 25, 2025My experience now is great. Beth has really being doing wonders, the building with its tenants is great, like when I moved in about 18 years ago. Its a great building & place to move into. Its also very convenient to get anywhere. July 25, 2025This is a very nice area, convenient to everything. Our apt is very nice with the exception of the cigarette smoke that comes in from other apt units daily thru the bath exhaust vent and adjoining closets. Additionally, over the years with many different tenants, all the air vents may not have been cleaned professionally at turnover. With the transition to a non smoking community this should have been done for obvious health reasons. .Property Manager Responded

June 29, 2025I have lived at Silver Hill for 3 years. When my lease was up, I informed our Manager Beth, that I didn't want to leave my new friends and community. I stated I would prefer a smaller apartment. She had an upcoming one bedroom available. Beth ensured my transition went smoothly along with the help of the maintenance crew. The extra levels of security in our building, along with the parking decals are a Plus for ALL of US. Thank You.Property Manager Responded
