        Beautiful property HOWEVER, read your lease carefully. New college grad rents apartment for the year, gives 30 day notice (should have been 60) so is required to pay another month rent. Understandable - BUT now charging him double for this month. This is beyond unacceptable and preys on those who need apartment housing the most. This investment company should be ashamed of themselves.

      • Renter Be Ware!

        We lived here for almost 3 years. They are attempting to charge us for new carpeting! We had their carpet cleaning service clean our carpets both years we lived there. The carpet had normal wear and tear. Nothing major. I cannot believe that they have the gall to do this. Horrible management!

      • Just don´t do it!

        This is the worst place you can imagine. We´ve police here at least every 4 weeks (minimum 5 cars at once). Property Manager is rude to tenats. The building infrastructure is not in a good shape. It´s expensive and lots of residents moving to "The Reserve at Arbor Lakes" for example. Several times things were stolen from parking spot. The "Skye At Arbor Lakes" was great couple years ago, but now it´s a bad decision to move in.. People smoking marijuana in the parking spot. So if you don´t wanna ...
        waste time and money, don´t chose the Skye.

      • Don’t Move Here!!!!

        I'm living here for 2 Days!! 2 Days and I had a lot of issues. They forgot to give me the key pod and I was locked with my baby daughter outside the building for an hour. Fire Alarm during at 2:45 am. A package stollen from the mailroom, and the neighbor above washed my balcony, apparently watering their plants (it is on the contract to not do it!!!) This is so far the worst experience I ever had

        Location is absolutely the best if you have young kids. Central Park is so close, easy walking distance. Alot of shops nearby as well. Units are well maintained. Gym is a little small.

      • Made a blind move from FL, no regrets!

        My partner and I moved here from Florida. It was a blind move, and the staff here made it an easy and enjoyable process every step of the way. The staff is always extremely courteous and helpful. I just had my first maintenance issue today and it was quickly taken care of. No noise issues, beautiful grounds and amenities. The convenience of an indoor parking lot is amazing. I’d recommend this complex to anyone!

      • Disappointed

        “3”times my move in date was changed (1st it was to be December, then Katie moved it up to August-I had given my notice at my current residence, and 3rd it became November-I nearly became “Homeless” I was not allowed to see MY unit until ONLY a couple of weeks prior to move in & what I was told regarding my bathroom was NOT TRUTHFUL !! This particular unit was designated as 1 of their Handicapped Units at the Skye-the tub was to have a built in bench-it did not. Evelyn and Katie initially tried ...
        to be of service-this changed over the next couple of months. I was to relocate within the building by February-then it became March and so on. Evelyn changed the floor plan “3 times” on me (of which I had agreed to with Sara before I accepted that it would work for me) The garages had NOT been swept in over a years time. Cement dust was everywhere-the toxins got into my lungs and I had to have a thorocotomy of my left lung. An Invasive Surgery !! One of the leasing agents never provided HIS 2 dogs DNA - until he quit the Skye (approximately a year later) without providing their saliva samples WOW?Another agent was double leasing units-this happened to a friend that I had referred to the Skye.I was made aware of a large dog who had lifted it’s leg and urinated on the mail boxes in the mail room-I requested that the inside of my box be disinfected as well as the exterior-it was never done as the MG Post Office called me inquiring as to how to reach maintenance to unlock our boxes for sanitizing. I caught the manager’s husband late at night playing fetch in the halls with their dog. The staff seems more concerned with their “Happy Hours” then the “Integrty of their Business”. A tenant (Dominic) had a significant conflict with a SS Federal Judge in the bldg who had challenged him regarding his dog at the pool-I was “NOT” involved but this tenant on several occasions came at me “quite aggressively” in the clubhouse regarding the Judge-I had become fearful & went to the office in a panic stricken state (pretty much telling management to keep him away from me-this was “MY” mistake as management found me to have been disrespectful. I never did have the opportunity to move into the other unit as Corp thought that I had been disrespectful in how I had challenged them regarding :: how they continuously changed my dates of occupancy (numerous times) and the floor plan designs an equal number of times. “Honesty and Ethics and Integrity” I feel are lacking.

      • Ideal Place to Live

        Apartment was beautiful -- love the tan walls, and the set-up of the entire apartment. Wish the amenitites were connected with the building and not have to walk outside in the winter. Also, outdoor amenities not completed yet so didn't want to pay for those now that aren't completed yet. I was looking for short-term so didn't want to put out the extra money for amenities that weren't compeleted. If I were planningo on renting for over a year I would have definitely chosen these apartments.
