Owners Don’t Care
March 11, 2023I have lived here going on 2 years. Many issues with parking, including towing vehicles when they shouldn’t. It’s a roach motel, even if the apartment is spotless, and “pest control” just comes and piles on “bait” that doesn’t work. All repairs are bandaids. Your apartment WILL smell like pot no matter what. Exterior is not maintained AT ALL GO ELSEWHEREReview from Apartments.com
Look Somewhere Else
September 2, 2020I have lived here for over a year and this is by far the worst complex. There have been multiple shootings within the last few weeks, marijuana seeps through my apartment vents, my apartment has flooded 3 times at no fault of my own. The gates never work and non residents are obviously allowed to come in and hurt residents as when you complain, corporate will tell you that’s its non residents and to call the police and get a police report. How about fix the gates on this so called gated community ...to cut down on non residents being able to gain property access so easily!! Don’t Move Here
February 8, 2020WOULD NOT recommend moving here. I have lived here since May 2019 and since being under new management it has been issue after issue. Work orders are performed slowly (if at all), hot water has been shut off numerous of times in several buildings, I have had several over charges on my account that still haven’t been corrected and good luck getting someone to answer the phone. The apartment itself isn’t bad, it’s just the staff as a whole. Anyone who leaves a good review either hasn’t lived in ...these apartments long or have been sold a dream. Over priced piece of TRASH
October 24, 2018Dont move here! These apts are an over priced piece of TRASH! They NEVER fix anything as simple as the lights outside of your door. Hardly ever have any hot water and water bills are tremendously HIGH. Dog poop all throughout the sidewalks, ughhh jus everything about this place is disgusting. Worst Place Ever
April 15, 2018Worst place ever!! Please do not live here. First of all, the apartment was not cleaned when I moved in. I was told there would be a fireplace, which there wasn’t. The maintenance is absolutely terrible! I’ve been here for over a year and a half and can’t wait to leave! The staff is also horrible! They are incompetent and will not help you out with anything. March 29, 2018They charge you for fees up to $200 on top of rent. You’ll never have a set rent it will fluctuate through your lease , whole lot of drug activity through the whole complex. If you like the wonderful scent of marijuana through out your apartment when you come home , welcome to southe pointe. You want a very unhelpful staff with a mean attitude? Here’s your home. Lived at Springhouse in 2011-2012
July 22, 2017I do not advise anyone to live here. Management may be nice but maintenance sucks. Had water leaking into my apartment and it took them several days to come repair it properly. Seal around the base of the bath tub was torn and worn out. One month after I moved in my apartment was broken into and I was robbed. I no longer felt safe there as a single woman and they wouldn't let me break my lease even with a police report. Do not live here. They let just about anyone in even the rif raf.Property Manager Responded

April 29, 2017I'm gonna tell you something before you make a big mistake, they tell you you can fill an application without? paying the fee! but that's false, they check my credit and I had a debt issue, so i could not get an apartment, that was the same day I filled the application. a week after got a desperate call saying they could accept my bad credit, I told them not interested, now they are trying to collect $300 using Hunter Warfiel, they are acting like thiefs, please be careful making bissness with ...south pointe, thanks God I didn't get an apartment there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT LIVE HERE
March 2, 2017I've lived here for 9 months and are counting down the days until I can get out of this horrendous complex. The staff are completely unhelpful and will not take responsibility for anything that goes on in the complex, the grounds are poor kept but you will be charged a hefty monthly fee for the lack of maintenance, all the amenities they claim to offer are also false: the gym is nothing more than a treadmill and a stationary bike, dog park is just a tiny fenced in area with most of the space ...taken by a tree in the middle of it and only a few units are renovated the rest look like something out of an 80s sitcom with a small decorating budget and don't count on there being a washer and dryer in your apartment because there won't be and the laundry rooms on the grounds are small, smell like mildew, and cost 3 times as much as a stand alone laundromat.
