Management is a joke

It’s the middle of the summer and my ac has been broken for a week, I contacted the office on Monday and didn’t hear back until Thursday after filling out two more complaints. My calls have been ignored and I’ve had to sit in my sauna of a house waiting for management to decide when to call the ac people. Management here is a joke.

South ridge is very nice, quiet, and affordable townhomes. If you're looking for a quiet place to pass all your classes in a college town or to have a family this is the place to look! You won't be drowning in bills either they have great affordable prices for anyone's income. These townhomes are in great shape everything is very clean and nice. Don't look any further because this is a wonderful place to live!

Can't beat your apartment when it's a stones throw from campus. 2 bedroom townhomes perfect for people looking to split rent. Not the largest places but for the price can't be beat.
