Southern Woods - Eagle Pointe Property

Lived here for 8 months. Had more maintenance issues than I can list. Most repairs and landscaping clean up requests have had to be done several times. Still aren't correct due to cheap hardware and shoddy work. No insulation around windows and doors; expect high electric bills in winter. Paper thin walls; can hear everything neighbors do. Local police visit often because next door neighbors scream and throw things against walls on a regular basis (not an exageration).

Windover Apartments is located in the settled and resigned Deane Hill neighborhood of West Knoxville. Tree lined streets and walking paths provide an atmosphere of neighborliness and home. Yet, the Windover dwellings are seconds from restaurants, minutes from grocery stores and West Town Mall. The pool, two tennis courts, business center and well appointed club house, perfect for gatherings, provide a sense of community. Light fills and warms each apartment home through the well placed windows ...

while French doors open onto a private patio waiting for a good book and cup of coffee. Pantries, closets, attic space... they have thought of every feature of a home in apartment living. It all works because of the accommodating Windover support staff available at a call. They even carry jumper cables.
