Southwest Park Apartments

package has been outside your door for two days. On my last day, he came in with his wife to walk thru the apartment. He was unfriendly since the moment he came in and only talked when he told me to write a check for the carpet cleaning service. The management office is a hit or miss, since when I call the office worker gets confused with my questions and puts me on hold and tells me that she will call me when she has an answer. But does not return my call. So in a nutshell, great apartments but it will mean putting up with a manager that has zero customer service skills. Most of the tenants stay 1-2 years and then leave. I was one of them.
