St. Bernard’s Park Apartments, an apartment complex that offers independent living for seniors 55 and older. Conveniently located on Lake Avenue near 104 with amenities including elevators, on-site laundry rooms, a large community room, off street parking, RTS bus stop on the grounds, weekly trip to Wegmans, and a Lifespan office with programs. St. Bernard’s is a handicap accessible historical building with many unique features. We have a few 2 bedroom apartments available now that range from 887-907 a month. Located in a luscious park setting near the Genessee River my apartment has tall windows overlooking the gorgeous view. Being an old seminary each apartment floor plan is unique, mine is spacious and located in a hallway that is quiet, lined with plants and cathedral windows. The grounds are filled with patio chairs and picnic tables. My favorite spot is the pond with a tiny bridge and benches. Unlike most Senior housing, my building is open, cheerful and beautiful. There is even a health clinic ...
on the premises. The staff is warm and welcoming. They plan monthly events like weekly movies, shopping trips and Yappy Hour for our pets to meet up and socialize. This place is more like a neighborhood than just apartment building.

This apartment is a senior community for 55 .It is a historic building built in 1892 as a seminary which has since been converted to apartments. It is conveniently located on Lake Ave near 104 which is only 4 miles from Lake Ontario Beach. It features a beautiful Community Room, vaulted ceilings, a beauty salon and a beautiful nature trail with a pond. It offers studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments with unique floorplans.
