Foul and rude attitude
October 24, 2018I have lived at here for over 5 years and never heard any problems. Beth is fantastic but Torri is very unprofessional and rude. No accountability whataoever. Her tone ans attitude are terribe and immature. I scheduled for a carpet cleaning and pest control a week out. On the day of the carpet cleaning, I took time from work only to find out I was not on the schedule. Mistakes happen and I understand that, however, Torri in the office was super rude and told me “there’s nothing WE can do about ...it”. No upgrades, but well maintained
August 12, 2015Stone Bridge at Bear Creek is a quaint community. The red brick exterior is timeless. The grounds are well maintained. Service requests are rare, but when placed, are resolved in 48 hours at the most. Leasing office associates are attentive and personable. Like other necessities, the monthly cost to live here continues to increase, yet no upgrades to the property or individual units are being made. One can only dream I guess.Review from Apartments.com
