September 27, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comWe lived at Stonepost and overall it was a positive experience. Maintenance staff is excellent and the grounds were maintained well. The office staff was generally polite, the managers less so. We had an upstairs neighbor for 6 months with mental issues that would stomp 8-10 hours a day. Made multiple complaints that were met with courtesy but never addressed. We couldn't find an access card on our move out day and were charged for it. Found it a few days later and asked to return it, but ...since we had paid the fee already they preferred to keep the money instead of refunding it. Which, while perhaps petty, is their prerogative. Mine was to adjust my five star reviews on this and a dozen other apartment sites to a rating that better reflected my experience here in total.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Quiet, great management, great maintenance
July 5, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived here for three years in a first floor one-bedroom apartment. It's extremely quiet and peaceful, close to shopping and I-35. Have had small maintenance issues that are addressed immediately...less than 12 hours! The management has been very helpful and attentive! They are having some problems with algae on the lake right now, but they have been working tirelessly to get it fixed. Before I moved in, I really worried about noise because I'm on the first floor, but I can tell you, ...these are well-built and very quiet. Don't move here! Bad Decision
August 8, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWorst place ever! Management changes every month so any issue or complaint goes unanswered or passed to the next person. Parking is a nightmare! Pool attendant is super racist as well! When your moving out be sure you have a manager do a walk through. I scheduled a walk through weeks in advance only to arrive to one employee who told me to just turn in my keys without a walk through. Apparently she couldn't lock up the office for 15 mins to walk around, then I was told that someone would follow ...up with me. Nobody did and after multiple calls asking if everything was okay and being told that there were no issues only to receive a charge for floor damage!! This place is horrible, please don't move here! August 17, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comDO NOT MOVE HERE. I would like anyone considering Stonepost Lakeside to first look at this screenshot from my KCPL account (https://prnt.sc/kjyqko). Notice those constant $300 power bills? This is because the insulation/AC they used to build this place is complete garbage. The AC/Heater will run nonstop, around the clock and the average temp in the apartment during the summer was 80 degrees, with a peak power bill of $450 in July last year. Unpon bringing these absurd power bills to the ...attention of management, and the 80 degrees inside the apt their response was "Well its 1100sqft and its been really hot outside". Obviously more than just myself experienced this, as everyone in the complex got a condescending notice on their door last year saying "AC is only designed to take 10 degrees off the outside temp, and that it is perfectly normal for it to be 80-85 in the apt when the outside temp is 90 degrees" As someone who used to live in Phoenix, where it is routinely 110 degrees outside (and still maintaining a reasonable 75 inside), I can confirm that this is 100% a big fat lie, and that you should take the extra $300 a month you will spend on power and move to a nicer complex.Read More

So helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to questions and requests. Haley helped me with everything as I was looking and deciding where to move. The units are spacious and maintained well. The leasing staff, Haley and Rachel, are amazingly knowledgeable about the property and policies and are always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt and highly qualified.
