Easy walking distance to two of the best sports arenas in the world... not to mention the other entertainment they host. Can't beat it! Never have to worry about parking or how long it will take to get home, and can decide to go to a game or show on a moment's notice!

I've only lived at Strata at Mission Bay for a couple of months now, but so far I love it! The office people are truly amazing, and honestly, for me that's been the best indicator of whether or not I'm going to enjoy living at a place. The building is nice and clean all the time, packages are put away in the luxer lockers, not stacked up everywhere like in other buildings, and they have a nice common area with plenty of patio furniture. There is also a small but nice gym and good sized resident ...
lounge.
There are a lot of nice personal touches you experience living in this building (like the fact that they make sure your perishable meal kit deliveries actually get to you the day they are delivered, even if you forget to come down and pick them up!). If you're looking for a place in the Mission Bay area, you should definitely consider looking at Strata!

Great place to live! Apartment I rent is confortable and quiet, even facing the street. Building is modern and has easy access to units. Facilities are always clean and ready to use. Leasing office staff is always willing to help and solve any concern you might have. The Amazon Hub is very convenient and internal package delivery service is effecient. Super happy of having decided to move in to the Strata at Mission Bay.

It's a great lace to live in Mission Bay. The apartments have been renew, so they look really great. The common area is pretty cool, you can enjoy the sun there! Even though is a big building you never see people around. They are good at respecting CDC regulations, which makes me feel safe. I feel they have a fair price for the area.

We always ask to remove the shoes as we have a baby at home. The workers never do it. This is very inconsiderate. Every time we have to clean up after the workers have passed. This is not a good service
