March 24, 2025Regarding an issue I am experiencing with the car parking sticker for my new vehicle. Here's the situation: In 2023, I replaced my car and returned the parking sticker for my old vehicle at that time. I was then issued a new sticker for my new car. However, on 3/24/2025, I went to get a new sticker for a second car, which I recently purchased for my wife. As per the apartment policy, each apartment is allowed two cars. Unfortunately, when I went to request the new sticker for my wife’s car, I ...was informed that the parking sticker registered under my name from 2023 was missing, and I would need to pay a $75 fee to obtain a new sticker. I explained that we had returned the original sticker for the previous vehicle, but it seems the office has misplaced it. It is frustrating that the manager is not willing to listen to our explanation, and it feels like we are being unfairly charged or denied a sticker for our new vehicle.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. BEDBUGS
October 11, 2018All i have to say is that the manager doeskin care at all about her tenants. we somehow got bedbugs from another neighbor and she refuses to do anything about it. i have 19month old baby girl who cannot play in her own home, has so many bites all over her body. we are not in a livable unit and the manager REFUSES to do a single thingReview from Apartments.com
