I’ve been living here for about 3 years now and honestly the apartments itself are great I have been in 2 different units and both were clean and upkept before I moved in now with that being sad the neighborhood isn’t so great car has been broken into before while staying here although it was only one time and they didn’t take anything it still happened but other than that no problem maintenance arrives same day to fix your problems no roaches or rat like the other apartments on fondren and they ...
have pest control come every Monday if you still find insects Managment is great and always get back to you would definitely recommend to anyone

My apartment is spacious and the neighbors are nice. Maintenance fixes issues on the same day. The rent is a very fair price and is lower than the average rent in town.
