DO MOVE HERE!!!

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! We had a horrible experience from the beginning. When we first moved in it’s was sooo dirty. Shower doors had rust and mold. Everything but the carpet was dirty. Top of the cabinets were soo disgusting. We also had a huge RAT in our hall closet!!!Management has changed and they are horrible. We moved out and they are trying to charge us $3000!!!! My rent wasn’t even that much! Plus they won’t return any of my phone calls or emails about the charges. I have ...

called multiple times and when they do it’s weeks later and they won’t give me any explanation and are charging me for stuff that was never needed and they did right before we moved out. Chantel the assistant manager is so rude and won’t get back to me. The manager isn’t helpful either. The price of rent now is not worth living here.

We have been living in here almost a month. We love this apartment. Management is very nice, well maintained, and people living here are friendly. Laundry and gym are 24 hour accessible. Enough units of washers/dryers, and they are very clean. Club house, swimming pool, BBQ grills, tennis court, basketball court, and play ground are also available. only 4 stars was because this complex is right by highway, and we hear constant noise from our bedrooms... but according to other tenant I spoke to, the noise depends on the location of your unit. If you are lucky, you won't hear a noise.

I have lived at Sunscape apartments for almost two years now, and I am really happy here. The apartments are conveniently located near the 210 fwy and are within walking distance of many shopping and eating establishments. I am near the back of the complex, so I do hear some noise from the freeway. But no more than you might hear living near a busy street. My neighbors are quiet and respectful of each other. People are friendly and I have never had to complain about the noise level to ...

management. My one bedroom is spacious (719 sq ft) and I have enjoyed sitting outside on my private patio when the weather is nice. My unit came with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Yes, the units are older, and things do break down sometimes. But the maintenance department is great, and any repairs I have needed have been performed professionally and in a timely manner.There is also a 24 hr number for emergency repairs. Office staff has always been courteous and professional in my communications with them. They work hard to foster a sense of community, which is not often seen in large complexes like this one. The grounds are kept up well, and there are pretty walking paths and lovely shade trees. .Many fun activities are available to residents for free or a small fee. Once a month, there is usually some kind of free meal offered in the evening, such as In n Out, Olive Garden, or Lucilles BBQ. There is a pool and jacuzzi on the premises, and a small gym and club house with a business center. The price is reasonable for the location. Parking is covered and assigned. (Add'l fee for garages) Pets are allowed, but there is a fee. I feel safe here. My neighbors are great and I feel I am listened to and taken care of when I have a question or a need. In short, this place has become "home" to me and I really enjoy living here!

I have lived at Sunscape for about a year and am so grateful to have found this place! I looked at every single apartment complex in Rancho before making my decision. Once I saw the place I knew I was home. The maintenance staff are always so helpful, timely and friendly. It is a delight and comfort to live in my apartment. It is a delight because of the spaciousness of the grounds; the well-maintained landscaping, grounds and buildings; and the overall feeling that the apartment complex is located within a serene park setting. The buildings are placed in interesting patterns so they do not directly face other buildings. However, the buildings are situated such that the apartments are not hidden from the other buildings so as to provide some security without feeling that you are looking directly into someone else's apartment. The management and maintenance staff are pleasant, courteous, and quickly resolve any issues presented to them by the tenants. Overall, a great place to live!

We have lived at Sunscape over a year and have enjoyed living here. The bedrooms are large and the living space is roomy. We really enjoy our neighbors. It's one of the only places we've felt like we are in a community. The activities each month provided by the clubhouse make it feel more like a resort. gas barbecues needs to be replaced. The apartments are older so the windows aren't doubled paned but I've not had issues with hearing my neighbors or loud parties. The staff is very friendly and the new maintenance manager is really on his game. The grocery store is close as well as the freeway (which is just a dull hum if the windows are open). Too bad there aren't three bedrooms or we might stay as long as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a community driven complex.

I love coming home each evening after a long day at work. Sunscape is a quiet, well-maintained complex. While there are many families, there is not a lot of noise or ruckus. The clubhouse and fitness center is a real plus. I enjoy a 1 bedroom apartment which fits my furnishings and décor perfectly as if the apartment was made for them. Though staff may change, the standard of service does not. They only downsides of the complex would be the amount of pine needles that seem to stack up, particularly in the summer time and the noise level in the lower apartments from creaking movements of the upstairs residents. All in all Sunscape is a comfortable homecoming and great community to live in.

My ac went out on the hottest weekend of summer. I was having my sister and kids over to visit... The awesome maintenance team came over quick and installed a temp ac, which was great! The next day, we got kicked out of the pool. One of the maintenance men recognized me and came down on his day of and let us in! There are fantastic at Sunscape!
