This whole place needs to be demolished. Moldy walls, roaches, and nothing ever gets fix. After a week of living there your clothes will smell and have black mold. By the time you move out you will have to throw everything away. Management is a joke!!!!! Husband and wife you could imagine. You call about an issue and come a put a bandage on it. The apartments SMELL!

Nothing ever gets fixed…. The water always gets turned off and we be without water. It always happens 2 times a month and it’s always the first of month. Pest controls come out to spray and do a half job. It seems like the German roaches get worse.

There’s mold in the apartments. My bathroom ceiling is collapsing. I’ve had no hot water for a week (and this isn’t the first time). They misplaced the water heater that was supposed to be put in my unit. The a/c isn’t connected right. And when you complain too much, they find a reason to kick you out!

every apt at Sutton is freshly painted carpets are replaced with new carpet and a cleaning crew cleans b4 each move in appliances are up to date.if apt r nasty that's because the new renter made it that way.new renters get to walk threw prior to renting

Needs to be retouched plain and boring. They dont have enough money to keep them up in good condition rugs needs replaced W/D needs renewed.
