Awesome area, decent place
September 3, 2015The Hamptons Apartments is in an awesome area located in historical East Dallas on Swiss Ave. One of my favorite things to do is jog past all of the beautiful, historic mansions that line the streets for several blocks. Pretty much anything you need is within walking distance, and everything else -including Dallas's most popular areas- is less than 2 mi away. The actual apartments themselves are all bills paid, which is nice. The property is older, however (built in the 1920s) and hasn't been ...updated much since. Fresh paint is nice, the original hardwood floors are nicer, but there are no outlets in the bathroom and extremely limited space in the kitchen. Hope you don't mind extension cords! To be honest, you can probably find somewhere in the same area that's been completely updated for about $100-150 more, but if you want a livable space on a budget with a great locale, you've found it here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
