Impressive Apartment Tour Experience I recently toured Talo Apartments and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and took the time to walk me through everything and answer my questions. The units were clean, modern, and well-kept, with a nice layout and plenty of natural light. I liked the overall quiet vibe of the community and how well the property was maintained. The fitness center and other amenities were definitely a plus. Based on what I saw, this looks like a comfortable and ...

518E dishwasher I had a great experience recently. I work from home and was on a call when the maintenance guy came, and he quietly entered the apartment, fixed the dishwasher promptly, and now it works great. I didn’t get a chance to thank him, but it’s the guy with long hair, roughly 5 ft 5 inches. Very helpful, will thank him the next time I see him around the building.

Didn’t know anyone was in my apartment It is nice that they came to fix things, but if I didn’t have a camera I would have no idea that anyone was in my apartment which makes me feel uncomfortable. The last maintenance person left a note saying they were there and what they fixed/di!

Way too many rules popping up
November 2, 2020
Every time I see an email come in from management I shudder....must be new rules. For instance, the pool used to be open 24/7 and now closes at sunset or 8:30 PM. The rooftop used to be open 24/7 and now strictly closes at 10 PM. They suddenly took away the paper cups from the PUBLIC coffee machine so you now have to bring your own and can't get any for your guests. back-up option for you to park during that time....It is a beautiful building but this management company is ruining it. Advice to management: Stop making us feel like we live in a college dorm with all these rules. Everyone is fed up. We're all adults here!!!

My husband and I recently moved back to the Twin Cities and had a very short timeline in finding a place to live. We were so lucky to find Talo, especially because it crossed off all of the items on our wish list: spacious apartment (large kitchens!), heated garage, large fitness center (you won’t need an additional gym membership), close to downtown and highways (easy to get around), and most importantly a respectful, helpful and kind property management staff!!! There are so many more amazing ...
amenities, that you have to see for yourself, and the decor is absolutely beautiful. We love it here! We toured all of the newer buildings in the area, and this one was the best by far! The move was very quick and we didn’t have a lot of time to plan in advance, but everyone in the office was so responsive, helpful and attentive in helping us resolve any issues and answer all of our last-minute questions. Since we moved in, we have had to make a couple of minor maintenance requests, and the maintenance team is also fantastic and so efficient! I love the events that they organize for the community as well. It makes the place feel like a true home (apparently Talo means Home in Finnish)!
