July 28, 2025So far, our experience living here has been nothing short of wonderful. The move-in process was incredibly smooth and well-organized, which helped make the transition into our new home stress-free. From the very beginning, the management team and staff have been friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we feel welcome and taken care of. The community itself is clean, quiet, and filled with kind, respectful neighbors. Everyone we've met so far has been warm and ...welcoming, which has made settling in feel even more comfortable. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed assistance, the staff has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It's clear they care about the residents and maintaining a high standard of living here. Top notch with a family feel… the Necole Standard.
June 13, 2025Being a resident for over three years, the community became my family. Most everyone that works their lives on site and Maid, living there and easy and pleasurable experience. From the maintenance staff to the groundskeeper to the leasing staff and management, I was always treated like family and was lucky to call this apartment complex my home for years. The manager standard for excellence for surpasses any that I’ve ever been around. Maintenance is professional efficient and kind. The ...groundskeeper is exceedingly friendly and knows everyone’s name and is always happy to lend a hand and be a warm and friendly face. there are apartments that give referral fees for residence or former residence to refer them, I can promise you that I am doing this out of the kindness of my heart, as I know that I would love to help someone make the right decision for them.Property Manager Responded
