This last Sunday i was with my family having a small get together due it being my gson bday and the property manager starts yelling at us from 10 to 20 feet away " you all need to get out , if you wanted to have a party you could of rented the big place " i tell her this isnt a big party so we didnt think we needed it was maybe about 5 adults and 6 small kids in the pool she then yells how its a public pool blah blah , like what are we doing to stop it from being a public pool ? we werent being ...

loud , we were in the sofa area , i have seen someone doing something by the pool the last year since i moved in with no problems !!! so why is it a problem now , and all she had to do was get me to side and talk to me not embarrass me and my guest because she lacks people skills , i see why you guys have so many empty apartments , she has zero empathy , shes a bully always threatening us shes calling lawyers and we are getting evicted , i understand we pay our rent late , but NEVER have i rented from a place who threatens you EVERY single month for being a few days late !!!!!! NEVER !!! that manget Vicky needs to be sent to people , customer service class , bc she lacks it!!!! besides it all i do like living here

I’ve lived here about two years now and experienced one minor problem with my shower rod in need of maintenance. My request for maintenance was answeread immediately. Ozzie stopped by within less than 30 minutes of my call and not only fixed the problem seamlessly but also attended to a couple of other things he noticed while responding. Attentive, friendly service all on New Year’s Eve! Great apartments, great location, great service.. Thank you Terra Nova!

The community is a nice area, and the maintenence crew is very helpful. The apartment as a whole is good, but at time pest are a minner issue. This is a great place to live, but some improvements are needed in certain places. But its good so far.

Why I am writing a review on my apartment is because I saw free rent and I was like hey! I'm down for that. So my bike had gotten stolen the first month we lived here. Awesome I know right? Well after that we had a friend come over and leave their car here because they were going home on leave! Problem is there is only one permanent spot for each resident. So being the nice person that me and my wife are, we left her car in our spot as we try to fight for one everyday after work. Well one day we ...

lost our spot and ended up getting towed and having to pay $255 in fines. So I wouldn't suggest anyone living here. Unless you like a pool and green water in a hot tub!

When my fiancee and I made the move from NYC to San Diego with our pups in tow we lucked out finding with Terra Nova. It's a great complex that's right off the freeway and walking distance to stores, grocery, restaurants etc. As a newbie in town, who's still trying to get used to the are, these are definitely a selling factor. they have laminate hardwood floors so easy to clean. There's a pool and the grounds are always well taken care of. I love walking my dogs around our complex - they are super dog friendly!
