Scam warning!
October 28, 2017Renters beware! Richard in the office took my fiances and I's application fee and then rented to someone else! When we turned in our application there was someone in his office filling out the same application, so we knew there were other applicants, but Richard told us "we're going to move fast on this" and "call me at 10am to follow up on references and background checks. We called, but he led us on telling us he was working diligently etc and to call back later, we did and he said to call ...again around 6pm. We called at 6pm and he told us someone had signed the lease! He took our money and signed with a different party in less than 24hrs. He also tried to tell me it's no longer contessa apartments. I am going to file a report with the police after my experience with this guy, I think he pocketed our application fees and I'm sure we aren't the only ones.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
