May 17, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived at The Abbey since its opening in 2022. The apartments, leasing staff, and the view of the city are unmatched. The close proximity to Loring Park is a huge perk! It's flooded with a variety of birds and friendly people from the community. You're within 15-20 minutes of the Warehouse District as well so you can enjoy all that downtown Minneapolis has to offer from Twins games, concerts at First Ave., or whatever strikes your fancy! I'd give The Abbey 10 stars if I could!

The amenities we have in the mansion and throughout are top notch! Love it here!!

I have been kept awake and woken up on multiple occasions in my short time living here by noise i can hear from other adjoining apartments. Had a drunk apartment mate walk into my apartment at 1am on a Thurday scaring the crap out of my girlfriend and I. They're letting just about anyone live here. Horrible apartment building, regret the day that I signed at this god forsaken place. DO NOT live here, you will regret it. The apartment is also filled with the most unfriendly people you will ever meet in your ...life. Do yourself a favor and literally live anywhere else. Experiences matter and he makes viewing the apartment here super enjoyable. You can tell he knows that renting can be just as hard as buying a house— so he’s patient, knowledgeable and so helpful.
