I love living here. The building was finished in 2013 so still super new - everything is clean and the management seems responsible. The are is quiet but has plenty of activity nearby, and most people here are very good, respectful neighbors. I have lived here since spring of 2014 and have had absolutely no issues. Maintenance has always been prompt when necessary and whenever I see the staff in the building, they are very friendly. I am now looking to move out of state and management has ...

been quite flexible about extending my lease with month-to-month, which is a huge relief. The amenities (exercise room, pool, lobby) are all nice, but pretty standard. I moved to this apartment from out of town and am so glad I landed at such a pleasant place. I would recommend living here to anyone.

The Adagio at Hoigaard Village is the place to go if you are looking for great amenities. The apartments have large closets, a balcony and an open floor plan. Your unit even comes with a storage locker located on the floor you live on, which is great for storing boxes, seasonal decorations, coolers, tents - anything you can think of! Outside you will find a pool, lounge chairs, two grills, a putting green and so much more. The Adagio is the place to go, if you want it all.
