    I've been here for 9 months and love it! It's actually super peaceful in the area, everyone minds their own business, and respect is naturally given. The leasing agent up front is super nice and always helpful as well. Rent + utilities are crazy cheap and stable, I literally use apple pay on RentCafe for only a $3 service fee. My partner plans on getting an apartment here too since it's such a nice area, which only improves over time (construction).

  • Broken AC for 2 months now

    June 9, 2019
    It's 12:45AM right now and it's 85 degrees in my apartment. This is AFTER they came and "fixed" it a month ago! Last month they put in a temporary window unit that was also not blowing cold air. So we had to stay in a hotel for the weekend because the blower went out and they couldn't get another one until the following Monday. Even after they fixed it, it never gets below 80 in here. Right now it's not blowing cool air. We reported it 2 days ago and no one has even come to look at it. ...
    They're under new management and they have been replacing roofs, painting, making the OUTSIDE look better, but unless you're OK with no AC, DON'T LIVE HERE!

    This is beautiful place my child he like si much The people on the office is very nice the manager is very nice and other lady bella is very clean about the staff maintenance mans is very nice guys I recommend this place

  • The worst apt

    By far the worst place I've ever lived they don't complete work orders very lazy and rude comes in after hours and steal your things all kinda bugs and snakes smh gun shooting like almost every night in the complex home invasion happen to me twice i was in fear of my life wile living there !!!!

    Rental Agents are very unprofessional. If i could upload screen shots from Raven's Facebook you'll see how she laughs and joke with her friends about the items left behind by a tenat who with one leg. Lara is a gossip she tells everyone's business. Maintenance comes in your home when after hours when you haven't put in a work order CREEPY!!!

    I been living in The Alara formerly Named Courtyard Manor since 2013 and I absolutely love the Manager and the maintenance crew they make sure they come fix whatever you need an the Office Manager we have now is so sweet she's understanding and she is very caring. She make sure her tenants are comfortable and always allow us to voice out opinions on what needs to be done in our property.
