I took over a sublease and the staff in the office made it so easy and were so friendly and helpful since day one! I have enjoyed the community. My kid has throughly loved living here from being able to play outside and have fun in the sun at the pool. I feel safe in my own home and knowing the whole complex lights up on it’s own at night is very reassuring. I have had zero issues with noise and everyone has been friendly. Allie was our rep and she was amazing at working with us knowing we were moving long distance. Since we moved in any repairs have been done super quickly, and the office is very responsive to complaints. We have had some issues with noise from neighbors and their pets banging and whining until late at night. The only other issue is a lack of disabled parking.
