Thinking of renting at cahoon beach club apts

Cahoon beach club apt are undergoing major renovation of all apts.why would you move in the noise of drilling ,sawing and for additional benefit use of sledgehammer as they are removing all tiles from bathrooms.there is dust everywhere and seeps in from under the door.they have disclosure statement in your contract so read carefully.once you move in that's it.you will not be allowed to break the lease.management could not care less so long as they renovate the apt .if you do not believe me have ...
them take you where there is construction during the tour of facility and ask questions .Do yourself a favor move into any other apt complex and get gym membership.

Super expensive with the only benefits being the view and the gym. That is if your view is not blocked by the new apartments. We have lived here for just about a year and have had non stop maintenance issues that to this day are not fixed. Currently not hot water which matches our no ac in the summer. I think they quit having resident get togethers because all I heard was similar maintenance issues and the complaint of how this is no where near a high end complex. Do not tricked by the view ...
it's not worth the money.

You know, the book about the little girl, Heloise, who lived in the Plaza Hotel? Surrounded by luxury but still able to be herself - that has been my experience at the Calhoun Beach Club. I had lived in cool, funky houses and a couple boats in my years since leaving the family home. It was finally time to downsize and not worry about water lines and lawn molt and shoveling snow. I had to have a place that would welcome not just me, but my dog. I wanted a place that could be cozy but not ...
cramped. It had to have a window in the bedroom (amazing how many places don't.) I found all that - and a world class health club on the premises - at the Calhoun Beach Club. Sandwiched between Lake Calhoun and Lake of the Isles with the walking / biking Greenway running along its northern border. Five minutes to Uptown, 10 to downtown. Convenient location, beautiful landscaping, friendly (but not intrusive) staff and neighbors. And the amazing bonus of health club membership for all residents. I only plan to live here for a year before moving west but I sure wish I had found the CBC years ago.

Luxury by the lake!

I love living here! I live on the Vintage side and have an awesome view of the lake from every window. It's worth every penny! Our one bedroom plus den really feels like a two bedroom, and our bedroom is very large. The kitchen is upgraded and has an open feel. The best part about living here is definitely the pool. Best place to be on Saturday afternoon for sure!
