Units are nice but management is a mess

The building was sold mid 2025 and the new management has been a mess ever since. My rent has been incorrect for the last 13 months since they bought the building. Every month I have to reach out to let them know I was overcharged again. There has been no proactive effort to fix the problem. I can’t imagine how many other people they’re overcharging without residents knowing. They also recently started charging us to use our own gym and are opening it to the public.
