The Copham is the best
February 14, 20257 months in and living at The Copham has been a fantastic decision. The gym is amazing and the staff set up amazing events to get to know your neighbors! Sara and the staff has made the experience of living here fantastic and Jann is always there to fix any sort of problem. Great place to live :)
February 14, 2025I absolutely love living at the Copham! It is situated in a really great part of the north loop next to all of the nice bars and restaurants that my friends and I love to go to. It has a historic warehouse vibe, but all the perks of a newly renovated building! The leasing team and management here are super friendly (shoutout Sara!) and put on events for the residents every month. There are nice amenities such as a secure package room, rooftop grill, and a fitness center that has quality new ...equipment. I have only ever had one maintenance issue because all of the appliances/door/keys/etc are new. However, when I did have that one maintenance problem, the maintenance team (shoutout Jann) was there and had the problem fixed within an hour of me reporting it. Overall, my experience has been a 10/10 and I’d recommend this place to any of my friends looking for a luxury apartment.Property Manager Responded

1 year in - No complaints!
February 11, 2025I have lived at the Copham for a year now, and have loved every minute of it. I've had a couple of maintenance issues that were immediately solved by Jann, im talking like within 15 minutes he was at my door with a solution. Going downstairs for the gym each day is always a great experience because its a legit full gym, with squat racks and everything. Sara does a great job of making you feel welcome at The Copham, and is super great at scheduling fun events with our sister-residency ...ElseWarehouse. 5 stars, totally recommend.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
February 7, 2025I moved in recently and have had a flawless experience. Sara (front desk) and Jann (maintenance) keep the place looking great and a fun, well kept place to live. Upon moving in, I needed a few items and the on-site market had everything I needed to avoid having to make another trip to Target. It's like living in a high end hotel! Great experience
February 6, 2025I've lived here for almost 2 years and the experience has been great. The staff is incredibly classy, every request for maintenance or special accommodations I've made has been met with a quick response and great service. Front desk staff are friendly and have great availability (shout out to Sara!) The on-prem amenities are great too- the mail room is convenient and organizes packages by floor so you don't spend much time searching. The mini market stocks Ben & Jerry's. The gym is well equipped ...and rarely crowded. Even considering the price, I feel like I'm getting great value and haven't regretted choosing to rent here.
