Awful place
August 22, 2018They spend all their efforts on landscaping. Management is by far the worst I have seen. Trash everywhere, break in to parking and apartments every week, giant bugs all over the buildings, old inside and nothing works the way it should. For the price their charging you, you can find a nicer place in downtown San Francisco.Property Manager Responded

I love living here!
July 20, 2015I just moved to The Laurels (part of the same complex) one week ago from the Midwest. I leased my apartment sight-unseen and couldn't have been more lucky. My apartment is beautiful, the complex is beautiful, the location is safe and convenient to just about everything. The staff at the Cypress has been SO helpful, from the leasing agent, to the maintenance team, everyone has been great. I'm surprised at all of the perks The Cypress offers. The weekly farmers markets and moveable feasts are ...fantastic and the resident events are so nice. I absolutely love living here and would recommend it to ANYONE!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
