Responsive, available, personable. Very friendly community of interesting people, caring without being intrusive. Welcoming to all. August 15, 2024Couldn’t be in a more convenient spot! You get the best of both worlds being close to the cities, but right on the border of Theodore Wirth Park! Easily accessible to the park’s walking paths, so also ideal for people with dogs. I’d definitely recommend for those looking for a low maintenance lifestyle. August 13, 2024I have lived in Golden Valley my whole life, so it was great to see this new development go up in the Bryn Mawr Neighborhood. We have been in the market for a 55+ community to move into after we sold our house. We could not be happier with our choice to move here. Our dog LOVES the walking paths, and we adore the pond in the back. It's a great place to watch wildlife, yet we are close enough to downtown to enjoy an evening out. August 15, 2024Grew up in the area and I just love where it's located. Tucked right next to the beautiful Theodore Wirth Park, and a short walk to the cute neighborhood of Bryn Mawr. The Eloise offers a welcoming environment with a range of amenities tailored for active seniors. Located conveniently near downtown, it provides easy access to shopping and medical services. Do not move here
June 26, 2024They allow smoking outside but on the grounds close to the building. There is an adjacent low income building with very sketchy people coming and going. The police are there on a daily basis. Management is very rude and not responsive.Property Manager Responded
