I have to say being that this is my very first apartment ever I totally recommend getting an apartment here at the enclave, very spacious especially for one/two people, the atmosphere is great, the apartment complex is very quiet just how I like it, the ladies at the office are very sweet and very nice and also very attentive they don’t procrastinate whatever you need they will get right on it. I recently moved to the Envlave from Uptown in Dallas and was a lil hesitant about the environment. After living here almost 2 months i have to say that the ladies in the office are definitely attentive and exceed expectations when doing their jobs. Friendly and attentive service goes a long way no matter the environment you live in, and i am happy that i made the choice to live here.

The 3 ladies in the office as super nice. BEWARE: DO NOT MOVE HERE. I've been at the enclave for almost a month, have called the office on numerous occasions & they have still FAILED to fix my hot water! I can count on one hand how many hot showers i've had! Don't let the "we pay water" sign fool you! The staff doesn't care because it's not happening to them. The lady at the front Mariam laughed at my situation; as she was discussing my issue with a "plumber". They do not take maintenance issues seriously or their residents. I would ...

Previous resident and couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place to live. Great office staff and quick responsive maintenance staff. Included, water, sewer trash and gas are a beautiful savings! Recently left to purchase a home but this place always felt like home to me.. Anytime I'd move away I'd always end up back home at the Enclave. Prices are spot on and the property is very well maintained. If you're looking for a great and safe place to live go talk to these guys.... Best wishes!

The people are very quiet and curtious. Staff takes care of all service request. I've lived here since 5/15 and I'm going to extend my lease. The grass is always cut in the summer time and the community is always tidy. They make sure everyone's patio is presentable. It's quiet and friendly here. They keep the pool and jacuzzi very clean on a daily basis in the summer. I love this place.

The floor plan is spacious and the complex is generally quiet. Compared to other complexes in the area, the price is great for the amount of space I have. The majority of the office staff is nice and helpful and I have never had any major issues during my four years residing here. The location is very close to shopping and dining and in a relatively safe neighborhood.

It has been awhile since I have rented. Things happen in life sometimes, not everyone can own a home these days. From day one, I was treated with respect, the grounds here are gorgeous. The swimming pool beautiful. The apartment, quiet, modern, secure. I would have expected to pay far more for a place of this caliber. The staff are helpful, they know the residents and demonstrate care. I love this place.
